Beautification Projects For Our City

Let’s continue the beautification efforts of our roadways, parks and public facilities with an extra emphasis to be placed on beautifying the northern portions of our city.  Pico Rivera is falling behind on median green belts upgrades.  Our neighboring cities are advancing by leaps and bounds.  Time for Pico Rivera to follow.
